Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes until half cooked and cut into cubes.
Fry the minced meat with chopped onion until it turns white.
Mix the minced meat with potatoes and put it in a mold.
Beat eggs with sour cream, spices and herbs. Add the grated cheese and pour over the casserole.
Put it in the oven for half an hour at 180 degrees.
