Adding tomatoes to draniki is a bit problematic because they are too juicy. So it is much harder to get a comfortable consistency of potato dough. But I succeeded, and today I want to share with you exactly how.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 500 g
- Tomatoes (fleshy) – 2 pieces
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Tomato paste - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Greenery - 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the potatoes and drain the moisture.
Finely chop the tomatoes, removing the core.
Chop the garlic, chili and herbs, and sift the flour.
Mix all the ingredients until smooth and spread the pancakes on a hot frying pan with a spoon.
Fry on both sides.
