In this recipe, in addition to minced meat, semolina and potatoes will be used. They should be added a little, so as not to interrupt the main taste of the fish. The same goes for vegetables. They are pre-fried and then mixed with the rest of the ingredients.
Ingredients
- Minced fish - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 100 g
- Semolina - 1 tbsp.l .
- Carrots (shallow) – 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Greenery - a couple of twigs
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 50 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the potatoes and grate them on a fine grater.
Chop the greens and peeled onions. Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
Activate the "Frying" mode, heat up a little oil and fry the onion and carrot until golden brown.
Mix minced fish, semolina, egg, potatoes, herbs, roast, salt and ground pepper. Remove to the side for 15 minutes so that the semolina has time to swell.
Form small cutlets of the same size with your hands.
Turn on the "Frying" program, heat the oil and fry the cutlets for 4-5 minutes on each side.
