In order not to mess with the marinade for a long time, prepare a chicken kebab in mineral water with onions. This is a very simple and proven recipe by many for a long time. The necessary ingredients are almost always available at home, and if they have to be bought, the price will be relatively low.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 kg
- Onion - 300 g
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l .
- Allspice - 4 peas
- Salt (without slide) – 1 art.l.
- Mineral water (highly carbonated) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut chicken fillet into cubes of the same size.
Peel the onion and chop it in a blender.
Mix the meat, onion, allspice and salt.
Pour cold mineral water, cover with a lid and put in a cool place for 2 hours.
Drain the water, add vegetable oil and mix.
Clean the meat from the remnants of the marinade and put it on the prepared skewers. Fry on the grill over gray coals for 15 minutes, turning it over often.
