Sometimes the wings are not baked evenly or get too dry. You can avoid this by cooking them in the sleeve. I offer you a recipe with lemon and spices. In fact, you can use different additives.
Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 800 g
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings and dry them with paper towels.
Place the wings in a bowl, add salt, ground pepper, oil and mix.
Scald the lemon with boiling water and cut into circles.
Put the wings and lemon circles in the baking sleeve.
Bake the wings for 30-35 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. A more ruddy version can be obtained by cutting the sleeve 10 minutes before the end.
