Ingredients
- Oat flakes - 3 tbsp.l.
- Milk (warm) – 3-4 art.l.
- Cottage cheese - 350 g
- Bananas - 1-2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the flakes with milk and leave for 5-7 minutes.
Whisk cottage cheese, banana and flakes with a blender to the desired consistency.
Add the eggs and put the mass into molds or cups.
Bake in the microwave for 5-7 minutes at maximum power.
