It is impossible to imagine a real festive table without meat. There are many different cooking options. Today I will share a very simple recipe for baked pork ham. You will need a good piece of meat, olive oil and a minimum set of spices.
Ingredients
- Pork ham (back) – 1.5 kg
- Garlic - 6 teeth
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt (large) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the meat under running water, dry it with a paper towel and cut off excess films.
Peel the garlic cloves, cut into large pieces and stuff the ham.
Rub the pork well with salt, ground pepper and leave under the lid for 30 minutes.
Brush the meat with olive oil, wrap in foil and place on a baking sheet of a suitable size.
Send the workpiece for 1 hour in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
Unwrap the foil and continue baking for another half hour. During this time, a beautiful crust will have time to form.
Leave the finished dish in the oven for 20 minutes after turning off. Remove and cut into small slices.
