Americans love all kinds of fried and baked potato options. In Idaho, they even came up with a recipe of the same name. The dish is similar to our potatoes in a rustic way. Cook it in the oven using a special marinade and quite a bit of oil.
Ingredients
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into small cubes.
Boil water, add potatoes and boil for 3 minutes.
Fish out the potatoes with a slotted spoon and put them on a towel to dry.
Mix mustard, oil, ground pepper, turmeric, paprika, salt and garlic passed through the press.
Put the potatoes into the resulting mixture and mix well.
Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the potatoes and bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Depending on the size of the pieces, the time may vary slightly.
