Turkey thighs baked with garlic, oranges and cranberries
Be sure to try this recipe! Baked turkey thighs can be cooked for a festive table or just to please the family with an unusual dinner. Garlic gives the dish an appetizing aroma, and cranberries with orange — a slight sourness.
Ingredients
- Turkey Thigh - 1 kg
- Orange - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 head
- Cranberries - 1 glass
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the thighs and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.
Wash the orange with boiling water and cut into thick circles.
Wash the garlic head, dry it and cut it across into two parts.
Wash the cranberries and put them on a towel to dry.
Mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt, paprika and ground pepper.
With the resulting mixture, generously lubricate the thighs. Fold into a bowl, cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 2-2.5 hours at room temperature.
Grease the mold with olive oil, lay out the thighs, orange slices and garlic.
Cover with cranberries and cover with a lid. Bake for 1 hour in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
Carefully remove the lid and continue cooking for another 20-30 minutes. Check readiness by piercing the thickest parts with a knife.
