Are you out of breadcrumbs? Chops can be easily cooked with semolina! Dip the pork pieces in the egg batter, and then roll in semolina. Put the finished chops in a saucepan and cover with a lid - so they will turn out much softer.
Ingredients
- Pork (clipping) – 500 g
- Semolina - 150 g
- Milk - 3 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 60 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork tenderloin, dry it and cut it across the fibers into plates about 1 centimeter thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat it off with a hammer on both sides.
Sprinkle the resulting blanks with pepper and salt.
Lightly beat the eggs with salt, ground pepper and milk.
Pour semolina onto a wide plate.
Dip the chop in the egg mixture, roll it in semolina and put it on a preheated frying pan with oil.
Fry on medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side and put on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.
