Ingredients
- Pork - 2 kg
- Lard - 1 kg
- Ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut pork into plates about 1.5 cm thick.
Put the meat on a board, sprinkle with spices and salt, beat well from all sides.
Cut the fat into thin slices.
Lay the pieces of meat on top of each other, alternating with lard. As a result, a three-dimensional rectangular blank should be obtained.
Pierce the workpiece with skewers, and then cut into identical pieces so as to separate the skewers from each other.
Fry over gray coals on the grill for 20-25 minutes, turning it over often.
