Ingredients
- Pollock - 2 pieces
- Orange - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Provencal herbs - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the fish with oil, spices and herbs, and put it in a mold.
Cut the oranges into circles and put them on the pollock.
Bake the fish in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
