Ingredients
- Wheat groats - 1 glass
- Water - 2 glasses
- Honey - 1 glass
- Walnuts (fried) – 150 g
- Garnet - 1 piece
- Bananas - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the nuts, separate the pomegranate seeds and rinse the grits.
Boil water, add grits and cook porridge for 5-7 minutes.
Add nuts, mashed banana and honey, and cook for another 5 minutes. Let it brew.
Add pomegranate seeds at the end.
