There are a million ways to make wheat porridge with pumpkin. You can cut it into pieces, mash it in puree or grate it. I prefer the latter option, because then it practically does not change the texture of the porridge, but it gives a distinct taste.
Ingredients
- Wheat groats - 1.5 glasses
- Pumpkin - 300 g
- Turmeric - 1 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Water - 3-4 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thoroughly rinse the grits and grate the pumpkin.
Put everything in pots and add sugar and spices.
Fill with water and cook the porridge for 45 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
