Ingredients
- Champignons - 1 kg
- Water - 600 ml
- Vinegar - 4.5 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 3 tsp.
- Salt - 3 tsp.
- Dill - 3 twigs
- Grainy mustard - 2 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Black Pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Allspice - 6 peas
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil a pot of water, put the washed mushrooms in it and cook for 5 minutes. Put it aside.
Separately boil 600 ml of water with all the spices for the marinade.
Put the mushrooms there and boil for another 5-7 minutes.
Arrange garlic and dill in jars, and then mushrooms with marinade.
Pour in the vinegar and roll up the workpiece.
