Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix pectin and 50 g of sugar.
Remove the seeds from the apricot, cover them with the rest of the sugar and pour in water.
Bring the apricots to a boil and boil for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat, chop everything with a blender and cook for another 20 minutes.
Pour in the pectin, stir and boil for another 5 minutes.
Roll the jam into sterilized jars.
