- Black Currant - 2 kg
- Sugar - 1,5 kg
- Water - 200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Clean the black currant from dry tails and rinse thoroughly.
Chop the berries in a blender or pass through a meat grinder.
Add water and simmer for 10 minutes.
Strain through a double layer of gauze or wipe through a sieve.
Mix the resulting liquid with sugar and boil for 20 minutes.
Pour the syrup into clean, dry jars and roll up.
