Ingredients
- Carrots - 700 g
- Garlic - 35 g
- Bell pepper - 75 g
- Tomato paste - 140 g
- Sugar - 40 g
- Vinegar - 35 ml
- Vegetable oil - 60 ml
- Hops-suneli - 5 g
- Salt - 25 g
- Ground black pepper - 3 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots, chop the garlic and add salt and sugar.
Finely chop the pepper there. Add spices, oil and vinegar.
Add the tomato, stir and simmer everything on low heat for about 40 minutes after boiling.
Add water if necessary.
Roll the salad into sterile jars.
