I love adding walnuts to jam, especially to plum jam. It turns out to have a slightly peculiar texture, but just an incredible taste. This is the treat that is best eaten simply with a spoon from a jar. And it also goes great in pies and pies.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the plums and randomly slice the fruits.
Cover with sugar, add a couple of tablespoons of water and bring to a boil.
Boil the jam for 10 minutes and add chopped walnuts.
Boil for another 15 minutes and spread the jam on dry clean jars.
