Today I will share with you my recipe for adjika from plums and apples. This is an incredibly fragrant and spicy sauce that will be a great addition to meat dishes, fish and vegetables. I like to add adjika to pilaf or pasta to give them an exotic taste.
Ingredients
- Plums - 1 kg
- Apples - 200 g
- Tomatoes - 400 g
- Garlic - 100 g
- Bell pepper - 200 g
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 100 g
- Onion - 200 g
- Hot red pepper - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Clean all the main ingredients and put them through a meat grinder.
Bring to a boil and add salt and sugar.
Cook the adjika for 50-60 minutes on low heat.
5 minutes before the end, add crushed garlic and spices if desired.
Roll up the adjika in sterile jars.
