- Feijoa - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the Feijoa well, dry it slightly and pass it through a meat grinder.
Prepare the syrup: combine water and sugar in a saucepan, mix well, bring to a boil over low heat.
Add the feijoa mass to the boiling syrup, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil the workpiece over low heat for 5 minutes, removing the resulting foam.
