Ingredients
- Plums (blackthorn) – 1 kg
- Garlic - 2 heads
- Chili pepper - 3 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Tomato paste - 500 ml
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Salt - 2 art.l.
- Vinegar - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the blackthorn.
Chop the blackberries, both peppers and garlic in a blender or through a meat grinder.
Add tomato, sugar and salt, and simmer all together for about an hour on low heat.
Pour in the vinegar, mix the adjika and roll it into sterile jars.
