An interesting combination of broccoli, peas and cottage cheese gives a pleasant color and taste. For such draniki, it is better to grind all the ingredients as small as possible, until smooth. Serve them traditionally with sour cream or sour cream sauce.

- Green peas - 200 g
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Pea flour - 2 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs - 4 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop broccoli, peas, garlic and cottage cheese in a blender.
Add herbs, spices, egg and pea flour, and mix.
Form small pancakes and lightly sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Put them on a baking sheet on parchment and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
