Choosing meat for chops, many housewives prefer turkey. It is delicious, low-fat and even considered dietary. The turkey does not need to be beaten and baked for a long time. And in combination with Provencal herbs - it turns out just great!
Ingredients
- Turkey (fillet) – 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Cheese (solid) – 100 g
- Flour - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the turkey, dry it and cut it into thick plates.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat it well, add salt.
Beat the eggs with salt and Provencal herbs.
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
Mix the beaten eggs, grated cheese and flour.
Dip the chops in the batter and fry in a hot frying pan with oil for 1.5 minutes on each side.
Place the chops on a greased baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
