Classic frying of onions and carrots complements any meat. Including pork ribs. I want to share with you a recipe for how to cook all this in a frying pan with a minimum of effort and time.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 600 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Water - 150 ml
- Tomato paste - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the ribs and fry for 15 minutes until golden, turning over
Add chopped onion and grated carrot. Fry for another 7-10 minutes.
Mix water with tomatoes and spices, and pour it into the ribs.
Simmer everything under the lid on low heat for another 20 minutes.
