I love salmon and constantly try it in some unexpected combinations. This recipe with pumpkin turned out to be so good that I immediately wanted to share it. Of course, you can change or add any vegetables to taste.
Ingredients
- Salmon - 400 g
- Pumpkin - 400 g
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 6 pieces
- Cream (30%) – 200 ml
- Garlic - 4 teeth
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Sea salt - 1 tsp.
- Provencal herbs - 2 tsp.
- Dried chili pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the salmon into strips, and the pumpkin into slices of about the same size. Cut the zucchini into slices.
Mix everything together in a bowl, add oil, salt, spices and chopped garlic.
After 10 minutes, transfer the workpiece to a baking dish, and spread the cherry tomatoes on top.
Pour the cream over the salmon and vegetables and bake all together for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees.
