There are many options for filling okroshka, and each of them has its own fans. Today I want to share with you a recipe with broth and sour cream. Very easy and satisfying at the same time! Especially if you add a little chicken.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Water - 1.5 l
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Radish - 150 g
- Greenery - 0.5 bundles
- Sour cream - 3 art.l.
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken until tender and let it and the broth cool.
Boil the eggs and potatoes separately. Finely chop all the ingredients, including the liver and chicken.
Mix with mustard, pour cold broth over the okroshka and add sour cream when serving.
If necessary, add more water or kvass.
