This spicy and spicy pea soup combines the traditions of different European cuisines – mainly Hungarian, Czech, German and Polish. For it, you will need beef, more vegetables and tomatoes.
Ingredients
- Beef - 300 g
- Peas (green) – 300 g
- Carrots - 3 pieces
- Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Tomato paste - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the beef until tender over low heat for about an hour.
Coarsely chop all the vegetables. Add potatoes to the boiling broth.
After 5-7 minutes, add carrots, onions and peppers, and after another 5 minutes – everything else together with green peas.
Add tomato paste and spices, boil the soup for another 5 minutes and let it brew.
