- Smoked sausage - 200 g
- Smoked chicken - 200 g
- Semi-smoked sausage - 150 g
- Bacon - 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 2 art.l.
- Cucumber pickle - 150 ml
- Olives - 2 handfuls
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Pickled cucumbers - 3 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut all the ingredients into medium pieces. Pour meat products, potatoes, onions and carrots with broth or water.
Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat until the potatoes are ready under the lid.
A couple of minutes before the end, add the brine, tomato paste, pickled cucumbers and olives.
