Risotto according to this recipe is prepared quite simply. To save time, I boil the turkey in advance. I advise you to take rice special for risotto (arborio or carnaroli) or the usual round. Then the dish will be as similar as possible to the Italian original.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

In preheated olive oil, fry the peeled and crushed garlic cloves until golden brown. Then remove the garlic.

Finely chop the onion, put it in a frying pan with oil and fry until soft. Add salt and spices to taste.

Pour rice for risotto into a frying pan with onions, stir, fry a little. Pour in the wine and let it evaporate a little.

Then add the broth in small portions (do not pour all the broth at once, so that the rice does not turn into porridge!). Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Cut the boiled turkey meat into small pieces and combine with rice, mix gently.

Ready-made risotto with turkey sprinkle with grated parmesan and garnish with herbs.
