Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate all kinds of cheese, add herbs, spices, melted butter and egg white. Mix it up.
Roll out and slice the dough, lay out the filling and form khachapuri envelopes.
Brush each egg yolk and bake them in the oven for 25 minutes at 190 degrees.
