I prefer to roll up such puffs and then cut them into pucks instead of making closed pies. It's much more convenient with thin strips of bacon and slices of cheese. You can sprinkle them with sesame seeds or seeds if desired.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the thinly rolled dough into several wide strips.
Sprinkle with paprika, lay out slices of bacon and cheese.
Roll up the rolls and put them in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Thinly slice, brush with beaten egg and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 190 degrees.
