The most important thing in the preparation of chicken puffs is not to over–dry the filling. Especially if you use an already dry chicken fillet. Therefore, do not overexpose them in the oven after they have already nicely browned.
Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 400 g
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil or bake the chicken until tender, and chop in a blender.
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots, and fry until golden.
Mix with chicken, sour cream and spices.
Roll out thinly and slice the dough. Put the filling on each piece.
Pinch the edges, brush the puffs with beaten egg and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
