Beat the egg with salt. Add water and oil, mix and add the sifted flour.

Knead the dough and roll out the pizza base. Brush the base with tomato sauce.

Mash the tuna with a fork, chop the onion, garlic and tomatoes, randomly chop the mozzarella.

Spread out the filling and bake the pizza in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
