- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Butter (for lubrication) – 20 g
- Sour cream - 400 g
- Sugar - 150 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy foam.
Add the sifted flour mixed with baking powder in small portions. Gently mix the dough with a spatula.
Peel the apples, cut into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Put the apples in a bowl with the dough and mix.
Grease the mold with butter, lay out the dough and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Mix sour cream with sugar and vanilla, beat with a mixer at high speeds for 4-5 minutes.
Remove the cooled charlotte from the mold and smear with sour cream. You can sprinkle cocoa or grated chocolate on top.
