Any products that were found in the refrigerator go into the pizza filling. Once I tried to add a little salmon to it, and surprisingly it turned out quite well. So I'm sharing a proven option in practice!
Ingredients
- Mayonnaise - 5 tbsp.l.
- Sour cream - 5 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Salmon - 70 g
- Cheese - 70 g
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 0.5 pieces
- Olives - 1 handful
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Tomato sauce - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, egg and spices. Add flour, knead the dough and put it in a frying pan.
Brush with tomato sauce and sprinkle with garlic.
Finely chop the salmon, tomato, pepper and olives. Randomly lay out the filling.
Sprinkle everything with grated cheese and cook the pizza under the lid for about 12-15 minutes.
