Anyone who does not eat sausage, sausages and other ready-made meat products, I advise you to try pizza with chicken. Of course, it will take time to prepare the filling. But it turns out a very tasty and satisfying snack.
Ingredients
- Water - 3 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 1.5 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 100 g
- Baking powder dough - 0.5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
- Chicken fillet (boiled or baked) – 80 g
- Tomato sauce - 3 art.l.
- Mozzarella - 80 g
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Corn - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix water, butter and egg, add flour with spices and baking powder, and knead the dough.
Put it in a frying pan and brush with tomato sauce.
Cut the chicken into strips, the pepper into cubes, and the tomatoes into rings.
Spread the whole filling on the base and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cook the pizza in a frying pan for 12-15 minutes under the lid.
