Ingredients
- Sour cream - 5 tbsp.l.
- Mayonnaise - 4 art.l.
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp.l.
- Cheese - 80 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Champignons - 2 pieces
- Shallots - 2 pieces
- Basil - 4 leaf
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, egg, flour and salt until smooth. Pour into a frying pan.
Carefully pour the tomato sauce on top. Sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese.
Bake it under the lid on the stove for about 12 minutes.
Cut the raw champignons into plates, randomly chop the cherry, shallot and basil.
Spread everything on top and warm it up for another minute under the lid.
