Orange cupcake is so delicious and fragrant that it fully compensates for its simplicity. It is better to bake it in a special round shape with a hole, but any other one will do. I advise you to only lightly lubricate it with oil and sprinkle with flour.

- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 180 g
- Vanilla sugar - 2 tsp.
- Butter - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 100 g
- Orange - 1 piece
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Milk - 100 ml
- Flour - 250 g
- Baking powder dough - 2 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the peel from the orange, remove the pulp, remove the bones and chop everything in a blender.
Rub the cottage cheese and whisk it with milk.
Beat eggs with plain and vanilla sugar and salt to a froth. Add both types of butter and cottage cheese, and whisk again.
Add the orange and stir.
Add the sifted flour with baking powder, knead the dough and put it in a mold.
Bake the cupcake in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
