Pancakes with meat filling are most often made from minced pork or beef, but they forget about chicken. And in vain! With it, pancakes turn out very satisfying. I add a little turmeric to the dough - the spice gives a beautiful color and slightly shades the taste.
Ingredients
- Flour - 180 g
- Milk (warm) – 2 glasses
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Turmeric - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Butter (for lubrication) – 20 g
- Minced chicken - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk eggs with sugar and salt.
Add half of the milk and mix.
Pour in portions of sifted flour mixed with turmeric. Knead the mass until smooth.
Pour in the remaining milk and mix everything again.
Grease a frying pan with oil and heat over medium heat. Pour a little dough and spread it with oblique movements over the entire surface.
Fry the pancake until golden brown on both sides. Repeat the steps with the rest of the test.
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden brown.
Add the minced meat and continue cooking, stirring and kneading the lumps with a spatula.
Add salt, pepper and remove from heat.
Put a little filling in the center of the pancake, turn the sides inside and roll up a loose roll. Repeat the same with the rest of the pancakes and the filling.
