If you love pizza with tomatoes as much as I do, you will definitely like this recipe. For a change, I suggest cooking it in a frying pan, not in the oven. Of course, you need mozzarella and more cheese in general.
Ingredients
- Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp.l.
- Sour cream - 4 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 100 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Baking powder dough - 0.5 tsp.
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Tomato sauce - 3 art.l.
- Cheese - 60 g
- Bell pepper - 0.5 pieces
- Mozzarella - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, egg, salt and flour with baking powder. Put the dough in a frying pan and brush with tomato sauce.
Spread out the mozzarella. Randomly chop the tomatoes and peppers, spread them out and sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
Cook for 15 minutes under the lid on the lowest heat.
