Sometimes, there is absolutely no time and energy to mess with the oven. Or you just ended up in an apartment where there is no one. Is this a reason to give up your favorite dishes? Of course not! That is why today I will tell you how to cook khachapuri with suluguni and herbs in a frying pan!
Ingredients
For the dough:
- Milk - 300 ml
- Butter - 100 g
- Flour - 700 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Dry yeast - 10 g
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
For filling:
- Parsley - 1 bundle
- Dill - 1 bundle
- Cilantro - 1 bundle
- Green onion - 1 bundle
- Suluguni - 500 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the suluguni and mix with all the chopped herbs.
Add yeast, sugar and salt to the warm milk and mix.
Add the eggs and melted butter, and mix again.
Gradually add the flour, knead the dough and leave in the heat for 40 minutes.
Divide the dough into parts, roll out, wrap the cheese filling in each tortilla and roll out again.
Fry khachapuri in a frying pan under a lid on low heat for about 5 minutes per side.
