- Kefir - 150 ml
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sugar - 80 g
- Apples - 80 g
- Flour - 350 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat kefir with egg and sugar until smooth.
Add the butter and stir.
Mix all the dry ingredients, send them there and mix the dough.
Add diced apples, mix again and form cookies.
Put it on parchment and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
