Most pizzerias start their menu with pizza Margarita. And for good reason — it is one of the most delicious options that everyone loves and knows. Today I suggest you stay at home and cook a popular pizza yourself.
Ingredients
- Mozzarella - 180 g
- Parmesan - 50 g
- Tomato sauce - 80 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Basil (for decoration) – 1 twig
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, baking powder, yeast, salt and sugar.
Add warm water and knead the dough, greasing your hands and the table with oil.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and put it away in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Grate the parmesan and mozzarella on a fine grater.
Roll out a cake about 1.5 centimeters thick from the dough and place it on a greased baking sheet.
Brush with tomato sauce, sprinkle with pepper, evenly distribute both types of cheese and send it to the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Put the finished pizza on a serving board and garnish with a sprig of basil.
