For the test:
- Matsoni - 1 glass
- Flour - 2.5-3 glasses
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
For filling:
- Minced meat - 250 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Add soda, salt and egg to the matzoni, and mix.
Add butter, gradually add flour, knead the dough and leave for 20 minutes.
Cut all the vegetables into small cubes, mix with minced meat and fry until half cooked.
Divide the dough into pieces, roll out and form boats.
