Ingredients
- Kefir - 250 ml
- Sugar - 150 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Cocoa - 60 g
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Flour - 250 g
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Chocolate - 80 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar and salt with a mixer until fluffy.
Mix kefir and soda, and leave for a while.
Mix the sifted flour with cocoa and baking powder.
Mix eggs, kefir and vegetable oil. Gradually add the dry mixture and knead until smooth. Add grated chocolate.
Pour the dough into the mold and bake the pie for about 45 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
