Calling this vegetable pizza vegetarian would not be quite right, because I use mozzarella in the recipe. But you can give it up altogether or replace it with tofu – and you will get a completely lean version.
Ingredients
- Water - 100 ml
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Flour - 1-1.5 glasses
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Tomato sauce - 100 g
- Mozzarella (or tofu) – 80 g
- Mushrooms - 80 g
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Onion - 40 g
- Bell pepper - 0.5 pieces
- Olives - 1 handful
- Parsley - 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix water, oil, salt and flour, knead the dough and roll out.
Brush it with tomato sauce and spread out mozzarella or tofu.
Arbitrarily slice and arrange the filling, at the end arrange the olives and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Bake the pizza in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
