Did you find a jar of delicious jam in the pantry? Do not rush to eat it, try to cook a grated pie. The recipe is a win-win and absolutely everyone gets it. Carefully measure the proportions, and do not break the sequence of actions.
Ingredients
- Flour - 300 g
- Margarine - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Jam (any) – 350 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut margarine into cubes and soften in a water bath.
Add sugar, salt and using a mixer, beat the mass until fluffy.
Add the egg and mix well until smooth.
Pour in the sifted flour, baking powder and knead the dough quickly.
Divide the dough in half. Wrap each piece with cling film and put it in the freezer for half an hour.
Remove one part of the dough from the refrigerator, warm it up for 10 minutes at room temperature and roll out the cake along the diameter of the baking sheet.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, lay out the dough blank.
Spread the jam evenly over the entire surface.
Remove the second part of the dough from the freezer and grate on a coarse grater.
Spread the resulting mass evenly on the jam.
Bake the pie for half an hour in a preheated 180 degree oven. The time may vary depending on the thickness of the pie and the characteristics of the oven.
Take the finished pie out of the oven, cool it and cut it into squares.
