If you have a ready-made gluten-free mixture, use it. It is usually sold in the departments of proper nutrition. In addition to these types of flour, it can be prepared from coconut, oatmeal, almond and buckwheat. Choose the option to your liking!
Ingredients
For the dough:
- Rice flour - 200 g
- Corn flour - 250 g
- Corn Starch - 1 tbsp.l .
- Milk (warm) – 200 ml
- Dry yeast (high-speed) – 8 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Rapeseed oil - 300 ml
For glaze:
- Powdered sugar - 3 art.l.
- Milk - 80 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix rice and corn flour, add starch, sugar and dry yeast.
Add milk, eggs and knead a soft dough. Cover with a towel and put away in a warm place for 1 hour.
Form small donuts, give each piece a beautiful shape. Place the blanks on a board sprinkled with flour and leave to rise for 15-20 minutes.
Fry the donuts in hot oil until golden brown.
Mix powdered sugar and milk.
Using a silicone brush, apply the resulting glaze to the surface of the donuts.
