To make chocolate muffins really tasty, you need to use cocoa and hard chocolate at the same time. There are many recipes that are completely different from each other. For example, this one with fresh crumbly cottage cheese.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Flour - 200 g
- Bitter chocolate - 80 g
- Cocoa - 3 tbsp.l .
- Baking powder - 2 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sugar - 150 g
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Kefir - 300 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk the egg, sugar, kefir and butter with a whisk until smooth.
Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve and add it to the same place.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave, pour into the dough and mix.
Add the sifted flour with cocoa and baking powder.
Put the dough in the molds and bake the muffins in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
